TERMS OF SERVICE
Annual Administration Fee : $15.00 per student/family.
The full price of the workshop for twice a week classes is $248 per person.
Once a week classes (Junior Jammers/Novice/Lyrical/Contemporary) is $162 per person.
Adult Dance twice a week is $232, Adult Fitness $116 and Creative Kids is $138.
Should you wish to make part payments a $80 deposit is required by week two with regular payments thereafter as outlined below.
Prompt payment discounts are outlined on our pricing page for those able to pay in full within 21 days of the term invoice being emailed.
2025 Discounted Fees Conclude:
Term One: 7th February
Term Two: 11th May
Term Three: 3rd August
Term Four: 19th October
FULL PRICE FEES & FAMILY CONCESSIONS:
Deposit of $80 must be paid by the end of week two of each term.
Prox Access Cards must be paid for by week two.
Payments must be regular & complete by the conclusion of the dancing term.
Payments can be made by either cash/cheque or direct debit.
Families are honoured the prompt payment discount rate for the entire term duration. Family consists of one or more dancer per household or single dancer enrolled in two class types.
Please note that term fees remain unchanged if dancers are unwell or have other commitments. Fees are set for the term and must be paid in full by the final studio lesson unless otherwise stated.
Dancefit Studios Regulations
Please do not drop your children off more than 15 minutes before their class begins to avoid distracting the current lesson. We are not a babysitting service.
All students must wear appropriate dance, gym, or activewear to classes. This includes compulsory sneakers or sports shoes. Girls must have their hair tied up off their face. Jeans and skirts are not permitted.
No shoes = No dancing.Students are encouraged to bring a drink bottle to every class. Students must not use the glasses or mugs in the kitchen area.
No food is allowed inside the studio, except for dancers attending back-to-back lessons who may bring a small snack if necessary.
Chewing gum is strictly prohibited.
DANCEFIT STUDIOS reserves the right to refuse entry to any person.
Improper behaviour or disruptions to the class will result in dismissal.
The studio must be treated with respect:
Rubbish is to be disposed of in the bins provided.
Toilets must be flushed and left in a clean condition.
Students causing damage to property will be required to pay for repairs or replacement.
Students with injuries or illnesses should not attend class. We do not allow unwell observers; children should stay home until they are fit to participate.
Staff will not administer medication during lesson hours.
Refunds are not provided for non-attendance, as fees are set for the term, and we often have waiting lists. Exceptions may be made on an individual basis and may require a doctor’s certificate.
Discontinuation or change of mind will be assessed individually once formal written notice is received via email.
Prox Access Cards can be partially refunded if returned within six weeks of withdrawal from the studio, provided they are in good, unmarked, and working condition.
Students must keep their cell phones switched off and stored safely on the changing room shelves.
Prox Access Cards are the responsibility of the individual. The studio is not responsible for lost or misplaced cards. Cards must be used for every building entry and class attended.
Children must not treat the waiting room as a playground or disrupt the current lesson.
All lessons are closed to visitors. Only parents with children in the current class may watch the viewing screens in the waiting areas.
Video cameras or recording devices are not permitted in class. Recording choreography is prohibited to protect the intellectual property of both the choreographer and the attending class members.
All choreography is owned by DANCEFIT STUDIOS and may only be used at our events unless explicit permission has been granted.
